At Monkhouse, we have an amazing Digital Leaders Team! To become a Digital Leader we submitted our entries to show why we should be a DL and how good our technonogy skills are.
We meet to try out new apps, help people with their technical issues, blog and carry out different projects.
Our Digital leaders take on many roles in school and are important in class. The roles they have are to be in charge of iPads and leptons, giving them out and collecting them in. Our DL's also help assembly to run smoothly by arranging songs and any presentations to be played.
Our Digital Leaders are:
Y3: Jack and Ella Lowth
Y4: Emilio, Sophie and Ryan
Y5: Kayden, Emily and Lewis
Y6: Ruben, James and Alexander
Our Digital Leaders are currently trialling a brand new 360’ camera for the North Tyneside Learning Trust. The trust are using the camera to photograph and make videos of different businesses in the North East, to help with careers information, and our Digital Leaders have been chosen to run this project. Here are some photographs of us visiting GE Wellstream and touring their factory to get the 360’ images. Don’t we look great in our hi-viz, hard hats and goggles!
